Notice regarding Homeless Education below: 
*Nighttime Residency forms are available at all school offices and the District Administration Center.
Foster Student Information
EC 48204, 48645.5, 48853, and 48853.5, WIC 317 and 16010 require
the State Department of Education, in consultation with the California
Foster Youth Education Task Force, to develop a standardized notice
of the educational rights of foster children.
Eligible Student Rights
  • Free public education
  • Enroll in school immediately and attend classes even if lacking normally required documents
  • Remain enrolled and continue attending classes
  • Request to receive transportation
  • Receive educational services provided to other students according to need
