BPUSD Campuses Reopen, Students Return to In-Person Instruction

Dear Baldwin Park Unified School District Community,

I would like to officially welcome our students and staff back to BPUSD campuses as we begin the transition to in-person instruction and hybrid learning.

This is a tremendous accomplishment and I would like to give a special thanks to our faculty and staff who made this milestone possible. Our students, families and staff have diligently followed health and safety guidelines to ensure the safe return of our learners.

For more than a year, we have eagerly awaited the return to in-person instruction, and the reunions did not disappoint – with students and teachers greeting each other while maintaining social distance, and classmates logging onto their devices in the company of others.

BPUSD teachers and administrators are going above and beyond to ensure our students receive the best educational opportunities, regardless of whether they are in hybrid learning or distance learning.

This entire feat is a group effort, from our parents and students to our educators and staff, and it would not be possible without the patience and cooperation of everyone in our community.

Please continue to practice health and safety protocols as we work toward a strong, successful finish to the 2020-21 school year.
