Complete an Alternative Income Form to Help Your School Maximize Its Funding
Baldwin Park Unified needs your support in reaching its goal for the District’s students to receive the maximum amount of funds that we are eligible to receive by completing the Alternate Income form. To receive the maximum amount we must have 100% of eligible students/families complete the form.
Under the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), a portion of state funding will be determined based on the demographics of student population, with higher funding on a per student basis for districts like Baldwin Park that have large concentrations of low income, English learners, and foster youth populations. Therefore, we are required to establish and confirm the number of students that represent these categories by having families complete the Alternative Income Form. By taking the time to fill out the form, you are taking part in a process that provides thousands of dollars in funds to the school your child attends.

El Distrito Escolar Unificado de Baldwin Park necesita su ayuda para que los estudiantes del Distrito reciban la cantidad máxima de fondos posible. Para lograrlo, necesitamos que todas las familias elegibles completen el Formulario de Ingresos Alternativos.
Bajo la Fórmula de Financiamiento con Control Local (LCFF), parte de los fondos estatales se determinará en base a la demografía estudiantil, con más financiamiento por estudiante para distritos como el nuestro que tienen muchos aprendientes de inglés, familias de bajos ingresos y jóvenes de crianza temporal. Para establecer y confirmar el número de estudiantes en estas categorías, es necesario que las familias llenen el Formulario de Ingresos Alternativos. Al tomarse el tiempo para llenar el formulario, usted está ayudando a su escuela a recibir miles de dólares.
