BPUSD Celebrates Adult Transition Program Class of 2026

The Adult Transition Program (ATP) serves young adults ages 18 to 22 with moderate to severe disabilities who remain eligible for special education services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

The program provides instructional and community-based learning opportunities designed to help students transition from high school into adulthood through life skills development, independence training and real-world experiences.

District staff, families and supporters gathered to recognize graduates for completing the extended educational program and to celebrate their accomplishments throughout the school year.

According to the District, ATP classes are designed to support varying ability levels while helping students build skills that prepare them to become contributing members of their communities.

The District congratulates the ATP Class of 2026 and wishes each graduate continued success in their future endeavors.
