Baldwin Park Unified Bids Farewell to Retiring Employees

Baldwin Park Unified said goodbye to 43 employees at the end of the 2021-22 school year, including teachers, speech and language pathologists, instructional aides, administrators, custodians, school community liaisons, and staff in library, nutrition and transportation services.

Walnut Elementary instructional classroom aide and library aide Nora Gonzales is one of the retirees, concluding her 44 years of dedicated service to BPUSD and the community.

“On behalf of the Board of Education, we want to wish every individual a happy retirement,” Superintendent Dr. Froilan N. Mendoza said. “It is bittersweet to say goodbye, but I am so thankful we had the privilege to serve alongside so many talented and passionate professionals.”
