Employee Records & Forms

Employee Records:

Any request for payroll records, such as W-2 copies, from a current or former employee, must be submitted to a Payroll Department Staff member.  The Staff will respond in a reasonable timeframe, but may take up to a maximum of 21 days to compile the records (by law).  There is no fee for these record requests.
