No student shall be required to be transported for any reason without the written permission of the student's parent/guardian, except in emergency situations involving illness or injury to the student. (Education Code 35350 Parents must obtain and complete an annual bus pass application for each of their qualified school bus riding children. The application must be completed and turned in to the school. Children must present their valid bus pass daily to the bus driver each time they board the bus both morning and afternoon. Children without a valid bus pass will be denied transportation services. Bus passes remain the property of the BPUSD and must be returned upon request. Non re-fundable $10.00 fee will be imposed for replacement bus passes. Bus pass is designated for the sole use of the student identified on the bus pass. Student must not lend or give the pass to anyone.

It is important to be at bus stop, please be ready five (5) minutes before the assigned pick up and drop off time. Due to traffic, the bus driver will not wait (in order to not impede traffic).
