Spam Filter

The District has implemented and maintains a Spam Filter (App River – aka Zix). The spam filter helps keep garbage out of your email inbox and it helps protect our network from the many possible risks such as: viruses, phishing attacks, compromised web links and other malicious content. The Spam Filter works automatically; however, if you want to add more emails to your personal Block List or ensure an email is delivered through your Allow List, you will need to login to the App River to make those adjustments. You can also setup a Daily Quarantine Message Report to receive a daily email of all the emails that were quarantined.
