About the Reprographics Department
It is our goal to provide you with the highest quality service, for a low cost and a quick turn around time. Since our inception over 40 years ago, the Reprographics Department has been providing printing services to al
l schools, adult education, head start, and administrative offices in the Baldwin Park Unified School District. The District continually upgrades to the latest printing and bindery technology to provide high quality products at an affordable price. The Reprographics staff operates digital high speed printers to accommodate a wide variety of customer requirements.
Kevin Tao, Technician I, is a former Xerox employee of 19 years. He has worked at the District for over 15 years through Xerox, and the District is happy to now have him as a BPUSD employee.

Important Information
- Please submit orders utilizing the B17 form attached on the tab listed to the right
- Email requests are the best method to submit an order
- There is a standard 3-day turn around window, although most jobs may be completed same day
- We have templates for: business cards, postcards, folded programs, and can assist you with anything additional
- We keep a stock of most "district-wide" forms and emergency cards ready at all times
- All of our orders are processed on a first in / first out basis
- Our price list is attached on the tab listed to the right
