Baldwin Park Unified has upgraded the visitor check-in process at all school site offices with the new Verkada Visitor Management System. This enhanced system provides a faster, more convenient check-in experience while helping our schools maintain a safe and secure learning environment for all students and staff.
Before You Arrive At A School Site You Will Need...
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Your child's name and information
- Appointment details, if applicable
When You Arrive...
- All visitors must check in at the front office
- Check in using the Verkada iPad kiosk
- Confirm your preferred language or select a different language in the top-right corner setting
- Follow the on-screen prompts:
- Enter your phone number
- Scan your valid photo ID
- Take a quick photo
- Receive and wear your printed visitor badge at all times while on campus
When You Leave...
Be sure to check-out at the front office or on your phone.
